Yes, we’re back for the 11th installment of Abracadabra! The 4.9+ (out of 5) rated program that adds the Magic of YPO to Walt Disney World and beyond.

Abracadabra! 2028 presented by the Magic of YPO will transport you into an inspiring world like no other. Set your imagination in motion and leap into an unforgettable journey. Share your child’s limitless optimism and sense of wonder as together you suspend disbelief and live in the moment. The joy is in seeing it all through their eyes. So, relax, be present and enjoy the journey.

With us you will experience five seamless days of Disney fun, without any of the headaches of planning and preparation. Be forewarned though: this one is not for the faint of heart. Each day starts off with a rousing, members-only event to kick-start your day. Then it’s off to explore the parks with another YPO family and your very own VIP Guide, who knows the theme parks inside and out, and will make sure you ride every ride and see every show you desire. And each night, we’ll top it off with another Only-in-YPO show-stopping event, designed and planned just for you.

It’s that simple.

Our schedule will leave you exhausted if you take advantage of every opportunity for family fun and adventure.  So, you can understand why we strongly encourage you to review the agenda from our 2026 event now. While Abracadabra! 2028 will be different, the Magic at a Glance from 2026 will give you a good sense of the type of experience your family will have.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE EVENT

Only-in-YPO Experiences on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings.
Our morning magic includes group transportation from the Grand Floridian Resort  & Spa (“Event Hotel”) to and exclusive or shared use of selected theme parks or experiences with access to selected attractions, character experiences and food and beverages.

Exclusive Launchpad Lounge Experiences on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. 
Our evening magic includes group transportation to and from the Event Hotel and exclusive or shared use of selected Disney, Universal or SeaWorld parks or experiences with access to selected attractions, character experiences and food and beverages.

Only-in-YPO Experiences after hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Our night magic includes group transportation to and from and exclusive or shared use of selected Disney, Universal or SeaWorld parks or experiences with access to selected attractions, character experiences and food and beverages.

VIP Experiences of the theme parks during the day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Our VIP magic includes a VIP guide to explore Disney or Universal parks as directed by us. Your family will be paired together with one or more families based on the ages and interests of your children. Transportation between the parks, transportation to return to the Hotel, and park admission as required and as applicable is also included.

Mementos and memories.
The Event includes numerous mementos and memories including selected welcome and farewell gifts together with photo and video recordings.

Airport transfers.
The Event includes airport transfers from MCO to the Event Hotel  prior to the Event and from the Event Hotel to MCO on the final day of the Event.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Hotel accommodations
Hotel accommodation is NOT INCLUDED. We will assist you in arranging hotel accommodation at the Event Hotel at a later date to be announced. You must not make hotel reservations until we have provided you with instructions for doing so.

Personal travel to or from Orlando, Florida
Personal travel to or from Orlando, Florida, including airfare, is NOT INCLUDED. Guests are solely responsible for their personal travel. Guests must not make any air reservation until they receive confirmation of their registration.

Gratuities

2028 Registration Processing and Planning Fee

In addition to the Event Fees, we are assessing a US$ 1,795 per person Registration Processing and Planning Fee.  Your Registration Processing and Planning Fees cover additional expenses associated with processing your registration and preparing for your arrival. Your Registration Processing and Planning Fees are non-refundable.

2028 Health and Safety Compliance Fees

In addition to the Event Fees, we are assessing a US$ 300 per person Health and Safety Compliance Fee.  Based on discussions with Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, we are anticipating additional expenses associated with health and safety planning and compliance as well as incremental costs associated with preventive and protective measures required by those plans and requirements. Your Health and Safety Compliance Fee is non-refundable.

Payment

Guest Fees includes the Event Fees, Registration Processing and Planning Fees, and Health and Safety Compliance Fees. You will be billed the total amount of Guest Fees as a single charge.
For the period ending 366 days prior to the first day of the Event, you can elect to pay in full or make a deposit of 20% of the Event Fees billed with the balance due 365 days prior to the first day of the event. For the period beginning 365 days prior to the first day of the event, you must pay in full.
You have the option to pay by credit card or wire transfer. If you elect to pay by wire transfer, you are eligible to take a 2.0% discount if you pay within 48 hours of your registration. If you elect to pay by wire and you fail to pay your balance within 48 hours of registration, you are no longer eligible to take the 2.0% discount and your registrations are subject to cancellation by us as if they had been cancelled by you. Within 48 hours of the date and time of your pre-registration (excluding registration made from the Waitlist).

  • You are entitled to a refund of 100% of all fees you paid.

For the period ending 366 days prior to the first day of the Event.

  • When you register individuals, you can elect to pay in full or make a deposit of 20% of the Event Fees billed with the balance due 365 days prior to the first day of the Event.
  • In the event you cancel any or all of the individuals in your registration record your Registration Planning and Processing Fees and Health and Safety Fees are non-refundable. See the Terms and Conditions for further information about your refund, if any.
  • In the event we cancel the event, any Guest Fees paid will be refunded.
  • Failure to make any payment when due would result in the automatic cancellation of your registration as if you had requested cancellation.

For the period beginning 365 days prior to the first day of the Event and ending 91 days prior to the first day of the Event. 

  • You are required to pay the balance of any Guest Fees. 
  • In the event you cancel any or all of the individuals in your registration record your Registration Planning and Processing Fees and Health and Safety Fees are non-refundable. See the Terms and Conditions for further information about your refund, if any.
  • Failure to make any payment when due would result in the automatic cancellation of your registration as if you had requested cancellation.

For the period beginning 90 days from the first day of the Event.

  • All Guest Fees shall be non-refundable. Regardless of whether we are able to replace any of your cancelled registrations from those on the Waitlist, you shall receive NO REFUNDS.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully; they are the sole policy applicable to this event.

Please seek and obtain the appropriate travel insurance to protect your payments.

  • When you register individuals for the waitlist, you are required to make an initial payment of your Registration Processing and Planning Fees. 
  • If you are offered the opportunity to register for the event and accept, the balance of your Guest Fees would be payable immediately and your entire payment amount would be non-refundable in the event you cancel any or all of the individuals in your registration record (see Terms and Conditions). Failure to make any payment when due would result in the automatic cancellation of your registration as if you had cancelled it yourself.
  • If you cancel your waitlist registration after 10 December 2027 or are offered the opportunity to register for the event and decline, your Registration Processing and Planning Fees would be non-refundable. 
  • If you are NOT offered the opportunity to register for the event before 10 March 2028, your Registration Processing and Planning Fees would be refunded.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully; these are the sole Terms and Conditions applicable to this event. Please note that any terms provided for by YPO, Inc. in the policy located here do not apply to this event.

Registration is open only to YPO and YPO Gold Members and their immediate family members and caregivers.

Only YPO and YPO Gold Members my register. Any registration received is not considered complete nor accepted until we verify that you are a member in good standing.

Registrations not transferable.

You may not at any time sell or transfer your registrations to another person for any reason.

No refunds for changes in program.

The program, content, experiences and all other elements are subject to change or even cancellation based on many factors, including, but not limited to, the outcome of ongoing and pending negotiations with Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and other providers, weather and natural disasters. No refunds will be provided in case of changes in the agenda or daily activities.

Limited refunds for cancellation of the program.

In the event the program is cancelled in its entirety, we will provide a refund only an amount proportional to the amounts that are refunded to us by the Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and all other vendors and suppliers. Amounts spent by us up to the date of cancellation and not refunded or refundable will not be refunded. THIS PROVISION IMPOSES UPON YOU RISK SHARING FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES.

2028 Consent and Agreement

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND the Terms and Conditions as they form the basis of the Agreement with our Guests, as defined therein. Before registering with us, you must ensure that you have carefully read and understood the Terms and Conditions and have obtained satisfactory answers from us to any questions you may have had regarding such Terms and Conditions. If any Guest does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they will be denied access to the Event, as defined therein. Please be aware that according to the Terms and Conditions, your Guest Fees are non-refundable and non-disputable, and your registrations are non-transferable. Please be aware that the Terms and Conditions contain, among other terms and conditions, waivers of liability, caps on damages, and assumptions of risk as well as waiver of class action, venue selection and notice clauses. By registering and paying our non-refundable Registration Processing and Planning Fee, you are accepting all the Terms and Conditions and acknowledging that you have read them, understand them, and agree with them.
