Our YPO Magic Express Travel Request helps us to know how you are getting to and from Orlando including your airports, airlines, flight numbers and times.  We request different  information for those flying commercial and those flying private.  If your family is flying commercial and arriving in multiple groups, we anticipate that too. And we ask about child car seats and child booster seats too.

If you are flying commercial, your event fees include transportation from Orlando International (KMCO) to the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you are flying private, we will arrange and manage your transportation for a fee.
