In the coming months you will receive additional requests regarding your hotel preferences and arrival and departure flight information.

You are now free to book your flights arrangements now. 

Hotel check in at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is 3:00 pm. The hotel is typically sold out on the night before our event begins so there is no opportunities for early check in. Please plan accordingly.

Onsite registration opens at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 15th at the Convention Center at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Our first event typically begins at 5:00 pm that evening.  If possible, you should plan to arrive in time to register and settle in prior to the start of the evening event. Our event concludes with a buffet breakfast with Disney friends on Sunday morning May 19th.  The breakfast typically begins at 8:00 am and ends at 10:00 am.
