ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION PAYMENT AND NON-REFUNDABILITY DISCLOSURE

This disclosure supplements and is subject to the Abracadabra! 2026 Terms and Conditions available at magicofypo.org/a26/terms-and-conditions/. In the event of any conflict between this disclosure and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control.

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This disclosure is provided to you at the time of invoicing to ensure that you fully understand the financial commitment you are making when reserving hotel accommodations through Abracadabra Experiences LLC (“Abracadabra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the Abracadabra! 2026 The Magic of YPO event (the “Event”). By making payment on this invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms set forth herein.

YOUR PAYMENT FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS IS FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, EXCHANGES, OR CHARGEBACKS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CANCELLATION, CHANGE OF PLANS, ILLNESS, TRAVEL DISRUPTION, FORCE MAJEURE, OR NON-ATTENDANCE.

2. YOUR RESERVATION DETAILS

Your invoice reflects the hotel accommodations you have been assigned based on the preferences you submitted during the reservation request process. Your reservation details include the following elements:

• Room Type Assigned: Based on your stated prioritization of room types (Two-Bedroom Suite, One-Bedroom Suite, Main Building, Concierge, YPO Concierge, or Run of House), you have been assigned the room type reflected on your invoice. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferences, room assignments are subject to availability and are made at the sole discretion of Abracadabra.
• Number of Rooms: The number of rooms reflected on your invoice corresponds to your request.
• Daily Room Rate: Your daily room rate is an all-inclusive rate that covers a wide range of benefits associated with the hotel accommodations and includes all applicable taxes and fees. No additional taxes or resort fees will be charged beyond the daily room rate shown on your invoice.
• Connecting Room Guarantee (if applicable): If you elected to pay for a guaranteed connecting room arrangement, this fee is reflected as a separate line item on your invoice. The connecting room guarantee fee is also fully non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Amount Due. The total amount due is calculated as follows: your daily room rate multiplied by the total number of room nights for each room type booked, plus the connecting room guarantee fee (if applicable).

Payment Deadline. Full payment of the total invoiced amount is due no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the first day of the Event. Failure to pay the full amount by the payment deadline may result in the cancellation of your hotel reservation(s) and forfeiture of any amounts previously paid, at the sole, absolute, and unfettered discretion of Abracadabra.

Payment Methods. You may pay by credit card or wire transfer as indicated on your invoice. If you elect to pay by wire transfer, you must remit payment in full by the due date indicated.

4. NON-REFUNDABILITY OF PAYMENT

By making payment on this invoice, you expressly acknowledge and agree to each of the following:

• All Payments Are Final. All amounts paid for hotel rooms and accommodations, including daily room rates and connecting room guarantee fees, are fully and irrevocably non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued once payment is received.
• No Refund for Cancellation or Changes. If you cancel your reservation, reduce the number of rooms, shorten your stay, or otherwise modify your reservation for any reason, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the amounts paid.
• No Refund for Non-Attendance or Unused Nights. There will be no refund for any unused portion of your hotel reservation, including late arrival, early departure, no-show, or failure to attend the Event for any reason.
• No Refund Due to Force Majeure or Extraordinary Circumstances. No refund will be issued in the event of circumstances beyond your or our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, government actions, travel advisories, airline cancellations or delays, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or any other force majeure event. This applies regardless of whether such circumstances prevent you from traveling to or attending the Event.
• No Refund Due to Illness or Personal Emergency. No refund will be issued due to illness, injury, hospitalization, family emergency, bereavement, jury duty, work conflicts, or any other personal circumstance of any nature.
• No Refund if Event is Modified or Cancelled. In the event that the Event is modified, rescheduled, or cancelled by Abracadabra or any third party, Abracadabra’s obligation with respect to hotel accommodation refunds shall be limited solely to those amounts, if any, that are actually refunded to Abracadabra by the hotel or other suppliers. You acknowledge that Abracadabra may receive no refund from its suppliers and therefore may have no obligation to refund any portion of your payment.
• No Transfers. Hotel reservations are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your reservation to any other person.

5. UNDERSTANDING YOUR COMMITMENT

The non-refundable nature of this hotel accommodation payment is consistent with advance-purchase and non-refundable rate structures common throughout the hospitality industry. Major hotel brands, including Marriott and Hilton, offer non-refundable rates that require full prepayment and state that no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once the reservation is confirmed. Your commitment here is similar in nature: you are prepaying for a defined block of room nights at a specific rate, and that payment becomes final upon receipt.

Unlike a standard hotel booking where you may have the option of selecting a flexible or refundable rate, the accommodations arranged by Abracadabra for the Event are contracted in advance as a group block, and the financial commitments to the hotel are made by Abracadabra on your behalf well before the Event date. These commitments cannot be unwound, and accordingly, no refunds can be offered.

6. CREDIT CARD DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

By making payment, you authorize Abracadabra to charge your payment method for the full invoiced amount and you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You agree not to dispute or initiate any chargeback with your credit card company, bank, or payment provider for any charges related to your hotel accommodation reservation.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you authorize Abracadabra to charge a non-refundable Dispute Fee of $250.00 USD to the payment method used for your reservation.
• In the event of an improper chargeback, Abracadabra reserves the right to impose an additional non-refundable Improper Chargeback Fee of $500.00 USD.
• Abracadabra retains the right to dispute any un-rescinded chargeback and recover all costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, associated with improper chargebacks or breaches of this no-dispute provision.
• You understand that filing a chargeback related to non-refundable hotel charges constitutes a violation of these terms and the Abracadabra! 2026 Terms and Conditions. Such violation may result in the cancellation of all Guest registrations, forfeiture of all monies paid, and denial of access to the Event.

7. TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE — STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

ABRACADABRA STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT YOU PURCHASE COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE, INCLUDING “CANCEL FOR ANY REASON” (CFAR) COVERAGE, TO PROTECT YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT.

Travel protection plans can help reimburse you for prepaid, non-refundable trip costs—including hotel accommodations—that result from trip cancellation or interruption due to covered reasons such as illness, injury, or other qualifying events. Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, where available, may provide partial reimbursement even for cancellations not covered under standard plans.

Travel protection plans with CFAR coverage typically must be purchased within a short window of your initial trip payment. We encourage you to research and purchase appropriate coverage promptly.

Important: Abracadabra is not an insurance provider, broker, or agent and is not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, or conditions of any travel insurance plan. You should consult directly with a licensed insurance provider to evaluate your coverage needs.

If you choose to proceed without adequate travel protection coverage, you do so at your own risk, and Abracadabra shall not be liable for any losses howsoever arising for which travel protection plan coverage would otherwise have been available.

8. INCORPORATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This disclosure is incorporated into and forms part of the Abracadabra! 2026 Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), available at magicofypo.org/a26/terms-and-conditions/. All provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the provisions regarding representations and warranties, cancellations, credit card disputes and chargebacks, force majeure, assumption of risk, indemnification, limitation of liability, class action waiver, cap on damages, notice of claim requirements, and venue selection, apply in full to your hotel accommodation reservation and are incorporated herein by reference.

To the extent that this disclosure addresses matters also addressed in the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control in the event of any conflict or inconsistency. Your acceptance of this disclosure does not limit or modify any rights or remedies available to Abracadabra under the Terms and Conditions.

9. GUEST ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By making payment on this invoice, you acknowledge and confirm each of the following:

• I have read and understand this Hotel Accommodation Reservation Payment and Non-Refundability Disclosure in its entirety.
• I have read and understand the Abracadabra! 2026 Terms and Conditions available at magicofypo.org/a26/terms-and-conditions/.
• I understand that my payment for hotel accommodations, including daily room rates and any connecting room guarantee fee, is fully and irrevocably non-refundable under all circumstances.
• I understand that no refund, credit, exchange, or chargeback will be honored for any reason, including cancellation, non-attendance, illness, emergency, force majeure, or modification or cancellation of the Event.
• I understand that Abracadabra strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel protection insurance, including Cancel for Any Reason coverage, and that failure to obtain such coverage is at my sole risk.
• I agree not to initiate any credit card dispute or chargeback for charges related to my hotel accommodation, and I understand the consequences of doing so as described herein and in the Terms and Conditions.
• I understand that my hotel reservation is non-transferable.
• I acknowledge that by making payment on this invoice, I am accepting all of the terms set forth in this disclosure and the Terms and Conditions.
